Refunds and Exchanges
Can I exchange or refund my order?
We want you to love your new skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll refund it using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund can be given.
And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
How do I return an order?
Please contact our Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order reference and a brief explanation of why you wish to return your order.
When can I expect my exchange or refund
We endeavour to reply to your query within 48 hours, and once you have been placed in contact with a member of our customer care team, they will be able to confirm when your refund or exchange will take place.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com. Please quote your order reference and they will assist in arranging a replacement order.
