Shipping and Delivery
When will I get my order?
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days if you choose Standard Shipping. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery. Shipping will be faster if you choose our Next Day Delivery Service. Please note, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, will not be received until Monday as we do not delivery on weeeknds.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders of £50 or more is free and will be shipped Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total.
For orders less than £50, delivery will cost £4.50. We also offer Next Day Delivery shipping for £6.50. Please note, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.
Orders being shipped outside of UK Mainland (including Channel Isles, Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland) are charged at £14. Delivery can take up to 14 days to arrive.
Can I send my order over seas?
Due to the recent departure of the UK from the EU there have been some significant changes to the delivery costs and process of shipping from the UK to the rest of Europe. Unfortunately, from immediate effect, we are currently unable to deliver our Jurlique products outside of the UK.
We are working to resolve this situation and hope that we can resume our service as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
What if I need to change my order?
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call us on 01732 459794. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
Can I track my order?
