With the Lunar New Year upon us, now is the time to revisit your wellness rituals and start the year fresh and reinvigorated.

Each of the 12 Chinese Zodiac signs is linked to a fixed element, including wood, fire, earth, metal and water. These elements have long been used as part of spiritual practices and wellness rituals, helping to cleanse our energy, clear our minds, and reconnect with nature. Discover your perfect wellness ritual based on the element connected to your zodiac sign.

But first, what is your element?


WATER: Shower Ritual

A rejuvenating shower is the perfect wellness ritual for zodiac signs with a fixed water element. Before stepping into the shower, set an intention whether you are looking to release negative energy, calm your mind or cleanse your spirit. Take a few moments to connect, feel the water on your skin and bring your intention to mind.
