Then, taking pen and paper, write down what is most important to you, where you would like to focus your energy, and what you hope to achieve in the coming year.
Meditation
In the next step of your new year ritual, find a tranquil place to reconnect with nature and feel the support of the earth beneath you. Close your eyes and bring awareness to your breath, slowly inhaling and exhaling as your body and mind begin to relax. Then imagine a cleansing white light moving sowing through your body, from your head to your heart and down your arms. Imagine the light flowing into your belly to your hips and down your legs to your feet.
Self-Care
Start the final step of your new year ritual by lighting a few candles and adding a few drops of Body Oil to a warm bath.
