    Why Has The Formula Changed?

    I fell in love with Jurlique products when I visited Australia last year. I particularly loved the lavender hand cream, and really enjoyed the subtle but pronounced fragrance. In my last order of this product, it was on sale and I bought two tubes. However, immediately upon opening one of the new tubes, there was no smell whatsoever! I tried shaking it up in case it had separated, but no difference. It even felt different as I was rubbing it into my hands. I was not satisfied, and the answer I received from the company was an immediate return order. I’m very disappointed.

    Best hand cream ever. My favorite of all Jurlique’s hand cream/lotion scents. The cream feels amazing, like butter, and absorbs without feeling greasy.
